Keeping you safein your holidays in the Pitztal.

We protect our guests
Our rooms are sanitized with the special Aerosol-Cold-Fogging technology. To guarantee virus-free rooms we use a generator and suitable disinfectant – one of the most innovative systems for infection control. All cleaning cloths are, of course, only used to clean one room. Before check-in we disinfect all surfaces, door handles and the sanitary facilities with special, antiviral cleaning agents. Our staff members are regularly washing and sanitizing their hands. We kindly ask you to help us, keeping you safe.

We grant a cancellation free of charge, for your stay in the winter season, starting with 03.12.2020, until 3 days prior to arrival, if
a travel warning for the region of the Tyrol was issued by your home country
you were tested positive for Covid-19 (the test result is required)
skiing at the Hochzeiger is not allowed due to Covid-19
our hotel was closed due to Covid-19
Of course, your deposit will be returned to you via bank transfer or used as deposit for your next stay.

In all other cases of cancellation, the Austrian Hotel Regulations are applied:
until 1 month prior to arrival cancellation is free of charge
until 1 week prior to arrival we charge 70 % of the total booking price
less than 1 week prior to arrival we charge 90 % of the total booking price

We ask for your help
Please wear a face mask in all public places of the hotel. (This requirement can change due to official regulations.)
Please maintain the minimum distance to other guests.
We have installed a number of disinfectant dispensers throughout the house, to make sure, that you can disinfect your hands at any time.
The sauna area is open. Please note the limited number of guests and keep in mind to maintain the minimum distance.

The measures taken by the ski resort Hochzeiger are regularly amended as well. You can find all current information here.
